The evaluation framework published here is a set of questions. Questions do not guarantee outcomes. A reader who applies all eleven criteria can still choose badly, and a reader who ignores them can still choose well. What the framework offers is a record of what you checked and what you accepted, which is useful precisely when a decision turns out to have been wrong.

Every price, trial length and product capability quoted on this site was read on a supplier page and carries the date it was read. Suppliers change prices, repackage tiers and alter trial terms without notifying the people who write about them, so a figure here can become wrong without anything on this site changing. Where this site and a supplier page disagree, the supplier page is correct and this site is out of date. Check the supplier before you commit money.

Where something could not be verified on a public page, the text says so rather than filling the gap. The thirty-day trial opened by the partner link is an example: that duration was confirmed by the holder of the partner account and is presented as such wherever it appears, never as a published figure.

This site publishes no testimonials, user counts, revenue figures, case studies, awards, scores or savings calculations, because it has none whose source it could show you.
